Trusted Service Partner Listing Terms

These terms outline the marketing listing fees, renewal schedule, and cancellation process for placement in the Group Home Consultants, Inc. Provider Resources directory.

Pricing and Fees

• Monthly marketing listing fee: $39.99 per month for the first 100 Trusted Service Partners (automatic monthly renewal).

• Initial enrollment fee: $49.99 due at enrollment (covers setup and onboarding).

• Annual directory maintenance fee: $49.99 billed annually on the listing anniversary date to maintain active status and updates in the directory.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your Trusted Service Partner listing, you must provide written notice by email to info@grouphomeconsultantsinc.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

• Create and maintain your partner listing on the Provider Resources page under your selected service category.

• Display your business name, contact information, service summary, service area, and GHC-referred discount/special offer.

• Refer providers to Trusted Service Partners when providers request services during consulting, provider enrollment support, compliance support, training, or operational guidance.
