Willie M. Sams is the owner of Group Home Consultants, Inc., and has over 22 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health illnesses. Group Home Consultants’ staff has over 50 years of experience collectively. We have served this population through direct care services, group home manager, residential director / oversight, group home provider and as an independent consultant. For the last 15 years, we have assisted individuals with becoming providers and remaining in compliance with state regulations. We have enjoyed empowering direct care staff, managers, the provider, and the recipients we serve.
